Piano Poem

you might think i’m just
a 15 year old boy
with brown hair
and brown eyes
but I know I am more
way more than that
not an alien or a dinosaur
not a butterfly or plant
but a grand Piano
a swift,rich sounding piano.
When I am down in the dumps
or in solitude
when I go home and stare at my empty ceiling
listening to sad songs on my radio
I am a piano stuck.
My ivory keys welded together
children crying
wanting me to play on
but when I do play
my piano takes off again
little children heads sway with the rhythm
and present toothy grins again
I become the great Beethoven
with my fast fingers hard at work
surprising everyone with my sudden moves i begin to accelerate faster
faster…
faster…
then suddenly come to a stop
running out of notes.
Then I begin to pound on the ivory keys making a rhythmic
beat.
The brown-haired boy is a grand piano
full of music,slow,fast,and unpredictable

Extreme Emotion Essay

Rushing as he’s rushing for his American Airlines plane for the extravaganza of his lifetime when you hear “gate 4 Dallas TX to Costa Rica will be leaving in 10 minutes.” He becomes even more worried. Though a plane might not be what someone rushing for ,but extreme emotions can happen in many different types such as crying, nervousness, sadness and that adrenalin pumping anger. This is important to control anger when these events occur because such control shows a person can be self-controlled and also will help a person be successful on the job.
Dealing with extreme emotions can be difficult to control if a person doesn’t have self-control. Self-control helps a person walk away from a fight without taking actions towards the others. For example… Tempers flare when walking in the crowded hallways of the White Oak school and clashing shoulders into each other, vulgar language and actions towards others can occur. Extreme emotions are like having a thin line from a person and the other person but with self-control it can help you make that thin line a strong thick line from the other person, self-control is a strong cool down for your body to walk away.
In addition… extreme emotions can show how you are as a person which can damage you or help you the way you handle the situation. For example,as the late businessman with his un-tucked shirt and his everywhere hair bombarded through the doorway for a silent room to look at him only to find embarrassment, knowing that the all mighty boss was going to rip him up as small as confetti for being late on his first day. dealing with emotions can be difficult and can show in many different ways. Its is important to handle them because you can make a situation a lot worse that it could be. It can show what you are and how you handle situations.
In conclusion… there are many different emotions and how to handle them but with self-control you can handle the situations and calm yourself down fast. Handling extreme emotions show who you are and show what you do in a bad situation.

Why it is important to have respect for somebody essay

“Those kids have no respect for other people’s property” the elderly couple states angrily as they see two long haired boys with skulls all over their clothes, spray painting a what was once a glimmering white wall with their guns of colors. Although kids might not be the only one disrespecting objects in this world but it is important to respect everyone’s situations because, a person’s respect shows how someone treats you and how you can make friends.
A persons respect for others property shows how that other person will treat them. For example,as Sally strode through the hallway with her books in hand, all her papers flow out of folders like a dam being opened for the first time. Her papers fly out of control crashing to the floor. She leans down picking them up one by one until the new girl Sally made fun of earlier came and picked the rest up,Sally has finally found a new friend. Having respect for somebody can be really important, it shows what people think of somebody. Respect doesn’t come in a diamond encrusted envelope,no,a person who wants the role of respect for that person has to work for it. Having respect towards people isn’t the only respect somebody should give also people need to be respectful to other’s property also.
In addition… respect for other people is a big deal but respect also shows how a person can make friends. For example,as Jim walked around the dust bowl of a town deep in the heart of Texas he found an old wrinkled hunched over man at a four way intersection. Cars flying past him like bullets,he knew he couldn’t cross so Jim Swiftly strode up to his side motioned and held his hand up to stop traffic. Jim walked the old man across the war zone of cars safely getting the man along with his slow-paced day. Having respect for somebody and showing passion to help them with what they are doing they might become a longtime friend.
Even if you’re not helping somebody pick up papers or helping somebody cross the street respect for somebody is the key to making friends in this world.

Cell Phone Effects Essay

Crashes can happen because of many reasons but cell phones are the most commonly known for crashes and deaths due to texting and driving. Although anti socialism and finding out the past are also in cell phones at a subtle tap of the finger. Cell phones show the past and can lead to people feeling bigger on the internet and hurt other people they talk to.
Anti socialism is mostly due to cell phones and can lead people to only let their emotions out while texting. For example,as the insecure kid walked the hallways of White Oak High School thinking that every person was peering him down like a buzzard waiting for his food. Knowing that he could only talk on the internet easily. Anti socialism is a big part of why bullying is big because people feel like they are the “ruler” of all on the internet and can say what they want with no worry of anyone hurting them knowing that they might have made that persons life their last. The phone can be addicting when everyone can sneak the “master of addiction” under the table while at Texas roadhouse totally ignoring the people around them trying to text their friends about the exhilarating day they had at track practice that day. Then trying to sneak the phone into its cave of a pocket where it rests until the scream of the ringtone “ding!”
Texting while driving can be dangerous and can lead to serious injury or death. In addition,as the classy rich man speeds down the highway in his new cherry red Ferrari Spyder knowing that he has a text screaming to be answered the old man gives in. He checks his phone while driving with one knee on the expensive leather covered steering wheel while his eyes beam into the light of the phone. All of a sudden, tires are roaring to a violent stop in front of him. Slamming on the breaking but it’s too late his car crumbles. Investigators find that the text said, “Be careful don’t text and drive.”
Texting and driving is a dangerous thing to do and is almost one of the top reasons why people a killed. Cell phones can be something that destroys our life and can also be something that helps us beyond what the human race can think of.

The 9 essential amino acids that are in foods

Histidine

The first essential amino acid can be found in lean meat, particularly ground beef and turkey. It is particularly prominent in cured hams, game meats, and pork products. It is found in both the meat and the skin of these meats. You can also get histidine from eggs, soy, peanuts, parmesan cheese, and sesame.

Isoleucine

Found in fish, with the highest content percentage in pike, cod, and other North Atlantic seafood, this amino acid is also found in eggs, both the whites and the yolk. Soy protein and tofu also have it.

Leucine

Leucine is another amino acid found in seafood, particularly fish like pike, cod, and tuna, and in eggs. It is also found in cottage cheese, parmesan, sesame, and game meats, particularly water buffalo and elk. This amino acid is vital for liver and fat tissue construction, as well as construction of connective tissues and muscle health.

Lysine

Lysine can be derived from most meats, but also from chick peas, lentils, parmesan, quinoa, and soybeans. In terms of meats, chicken and catfish contains large amounts of lysine.

Methionine

Found in cereal grains, eggs, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, peanuts, and brazil nuts, methionine can also be consumed in fish and other meats. Very little methionine is found in legumes and other vegetables. Racemic methionine is a synthesized amino acid similar to natural methionine, and is often added to pet foods and some processed products.

Phenylalanine

Interestingly, phenylalanine is found in the breast milk of most mammals, and has an antiseptic and antidepressant effect when consumed. Logically then, you can get it from the skin and meat of most animals and fish, and also in a number of manufactured goods, including diet sodas and other processed foods. Peanuts, eggs, and soy have it, too.

Threonine

Much like methionine, threonine is found in its highest concentrations in cottage cheese, sesame seeds, poultry, fish, and lentils.

Tryptophan

Perhaps the most well-known amino acid, tryptophan is plentiful in meats and fish, eggs, sesame and sunflower seeds, chocolate, yogurt, and milk. Though tryptophan supplements were previously questioned due to health concerns, it has returned to many stores in the U.S. and is now sold as a supplement by some pharmacies.

Valine

Similar to leucine and isoleucine in its chemical composition, valine is found in meats, especially beef, and dairy products. For those who can’t consume meat and dairy, supplements are sold at pharmacies, and through supplement and health stores worldwide and online. Some valine is available in soy protein, parmesan, and sesame.

Other foods and their servings. Red meat is one of the foods highest in protein, with lean cuts of beef providing about 31 grams in each 3-ounce serving. Ham and pork sirloin roast each provide about 28 grams of protein per 3-ounce serving, and pork chops contain about 21 grams per 3-ounce serving. Fattier cuts of meat are lower in protein per gram.  also.

A 3-ounce serving of chicken or turkey breast has about 28 grams of protein, and the same amount of halibut, tuna or salmon contains about 22 grams. Tilapia, cod, sole, flounder and perch are also filled with the 9 essential amino acids that you eat.

You can get a significant amount of the necessary amino acids from eggs and dairy foods. When it comes to dairy products, low-fat and nonfat sources provide the most protein per gram and per calorie. A 1-ounce slice of nonfat mozzarella provides 9 grams of protein, while the same amount of low-fat Swiss cheese contains 8 grams. Each ounce of Parmesan cheese has 10 grams of protein. A cup of yogurt provides 14 grams of protein, and a large egg has 6 grams of protein.

Unlike most other plant-based protein sources, quinoa and soy products provide all of the essential amino acids. A cup of cooked quinoa has about 8 grams of protein, a 3-ounce serving of tofu has 6 grams of protein and a cup of soybeans has 29 grams of protein. Beans and nuts, which don’t contain all the amino acids, do provide significant amounts of protein, with beans providing between 15 and 17 grams of protein per cup and nuts and seeds providing between 4 and 9 grams of protein per ounce.
